Location: Woodbury Heights NJ – Department: Retail Store

We have a unique opportunity for lifelong boater with sales experience. Make a base pay AND commission on all boat sales!

Duties:

• Help customers in our retail store.
• Sell Wellcraft Boats
• Sell Mercury Engines
• Treat associates, customers and vendors better than they expect.
• Help with customer queries and complaints
• Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
• Provide extensive boating knowledge to customers and employees
• Ensure the store is neat, clean and organized throughout each business day
• Participate in store opening and store closing duties
• Work alongside ecommerce department

Requirements

• 5+ years sales management experience
• 10+ years boating experience
• General boating knowledge
